Canada/USA
wireless long distance (in your local calling area) costs only 10 cents per minute and even less
if dialed through a DCI access number. Roaming is automatically activated and thanks to agreements
with more than 300 partners, in over 150 countries, when someone at home needs to reach you, they
just call your number as usual and the call rings anywhere in the world. You can even access your
GPRS services in over 60 countries.
Contrary to other cellular providers, all DCI phones are UNLOCKED and work with most GSM providers and prepaid SIM cards all over the world. DCI phones come with a one year limited warranty and are unconditionally guaranteed to work as advertised. We do not believe in selling inferior phones as this results only in customer complaints and account cancellations. Your satisfaction is important to us and every phone we sell is fully charged and tested before it goes out to the consumer.
We do NOT charge the $6.95 system access fee commonly seen on most cellular providers invoices. There are no hidden monthly fees, no network fees, no maintenance fees nor system fees of any kind. You pay the plan fee, $1.25 for 911 emergency service fee and usage. Nothing else. In addition to the various phones and accessories in stock, special order phones like Sony Ericsson W550i, 600i, 800i, Motorola L6, L7, U6, E1, I-mate Jam, K-Jam, Treo 600, 650, Samsung and Nokia are also available upon request. FREE Antenna Booster
As a sign of our commitment to quality, and at no additional cost to you, DCI Telecom installs internal antenna boosters on all the phones we sell. These ultra-thin antenna boosters are sold on TV for as much as $19.95, and included free of charge with your DCI phone purchase. The boosters are designed to capture stray radiation within the phone and re-radiate the signal to improve performance. They reduce static and substantially increase cell phone reception in hallways, buildings, tunnels, remote areas -- any place you can think of. In our own tests we found that our antenna boosters helped most phones gain roughly one bar of signal strength. In metropolitan areas the antenna booster not only increased the signal strength, but actually helped reduce static to the point where our testers did not have to repeat themselves all the time. Group Plans
DCI Telecom also offers group plans that allow the primary account holder to share his airtime minutes (up to 10,000 minutes) with other plan members. Each additional line costs only $6.95 / month and all group members share the minutes and additional minute rate of the primary account holder. This can result in increased minutes and significant savings for the group. Certain limitations apply. Please inquire with DCI customer service for details.
Terms and Conditions
Discounted phone offer is available to residential and business customers on all new activations with a minimum 2 or 3 year term. It can not be combined with any other offer and is subject to change without notice. A cancellation fee applies for early cancellation of a fixed term agreement. The SIM card supplied for use with DCI Wireless service remains the property of DCI and MUST be returned upon account cancellation in good working order or you will be charged $75.- to replace the card. In the event your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen, please notify us immediately. You will be liable for all calls originating from your phone / SIM until we are notified. A one-time SIM card activation fee of $29.95 applies to each wireless plan activated with DCI. Wireless phone service is only available in serviceable areas and is subject to reasonable use by the customer. Off-peak hours include evenings (8pm-7am) and weekends. Remaining plan minutes will not be carried forward to the next month and different rates may apply when calling outside your local calling area. $1.25 911 Emergency Service Fee applies each month in addition to the monthly plan fee. Call forwarding, long distance, roaming, data usage, text messages, plan options, pay-per-use services and applicable taxes are extra. Airtime and Long Distance usage is rounded up to the next full minute. All rates & plans subject to change without notice. Contract pre-payment required.
