To order a wake-up call, you simply dial the DCI access number, wait for the dialtone, enter 990# and follow the voice instructions. A user-friendly menu system guides you through every step. You enter your telephone number and the appropriate wake-up time. DCI then schedules the wake-up call for the requested time within the following 24-hour period. The cost for this service is 25¢ per call.

DCI's system is highly reliable and makes three attempts to contact the telephone number you provide, all within 5 minutes of the time indicated. You can even snooze since our system will call you up to three times in 2-minute increments until you answer the phone.
Please note that DCI Telecom is not responsible if you don't answer the phone or if the call is answered by other equipment plugged into the telephone network eg. computer, fax, answering machine, etc...
