DCI Telecom local line service comes standard with many enhanced calling features and is perfect as a second line for your kids, your home, or your small business. You get unlimited local calls, voice mail, call display, call waiting, call forwarding, 3-way calling (conference) and call transfer service, all with no loss of quality or reliability and at no additional cost to you.
There is no software to install and no need for headphones or a microphone. Installation is simple and requires no technical knowledge whatsoever. You simply connect a regular telephone to the DCI phone adapter and then connect the adapter to your high speed internet line. That's it. You are done with the whole installation. You use the same phone you normally use and you are provided a normal telephone number to place or receive calls. You get the same local line service you have always used, at a fraction of the cost you'd normally pay, but with many more calling features and much more flexibility.
You get one single invoice for all DCI services, from a provider you can trust, for local line, high speed internet, long distance, and wireless service. All you'll ever pay for DCI local line service is $16.95 per month, not one penny more (with term contract). This includes your system access fee, your 911 service fee and all other system fees, except operator / directory assistance fees, and long distance charges.
How much money can you save?
DCI Telecom local lines cost about 50% less than regular residential lines with comparable features and up to 70% less than business lines. DCI high speed internet also costs less than what you are currently paying and your savings can be even higher if you factor in the money you'll save on DCI long distance and other services. In addition to our regular phone adapter, you can also get a stand alone IP phone that plugs directly into any internet connection without the need of any additional adapter, and a software phone that works directly from your laptop and can be used on your business travels to stay in touch with your office or friends for the cost of a local call.
Terms & Conditions
DCI Telecom local line service is available to residential and business customers on a month to month basis or annual subscription. Service requires a high speed internet connection and the purchase of a broadband phone adapter not included in the the monthly service fee of $16.95. Activation fee varies depending on term commitment and $100 penalty applies in case of breach of commitment. 911 service is NOT available if the DCI phone adapter is used outside the municipal address registered with DCI and they will not be able to assist you in case of emergency. DCI guarantees 100% satisfaction and Service can be cancelled without penalty during the first 60 days following installation. Rental of the phone adapter not included. One time activation fee includes the purchase of phone adapter and shipping. Available where technology permits. DCI Telecom invoices are sent by email in PDF format. If you prefer to receive your invoice by regular mail, you will be charged $0.95 each month for shipping & handling. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes are extra. If you do not have a high speed internet connection, you can order one from DCI for only $19.95 per month for the first 3 months and $30.95 per month thereafter for residential service.
