DCI internet home phone service works just like your regular home phone service except ours comes standard with many enhanced free calling features and theirs doesn't. You get the same voice quality, the same line features, and many more extra features at a fraction of the cost you'd normally pay with your local phone company.
DCI home phone service works with your existing high speed internet connection and uses the same technology many Fortune 500 companies use to reduce their own phone bills. Installation is simple and requires no technical knowledge whatsoever. There is no software to install and no need for headphones or a microphone. You simply connect a regular telephone to our adaptor and then connect the adaptor to your internet connection. That's it. No wiring. You are done with the installation. You now have a normal telephone line you can use to place or receive calls and it works with the same phone you normally use. Think of it as the same local line service you have always used at a fraction of the cost but with many more calling features.

The cost for DCI home phone service is only $9.95 per month (with DCI internet) or $12.95 if you prefer to stay with your current internet provider. This includes ALL phone features, the system access fee, unlimited local calls, and all other fees except $1.25 for e911 service (mandatory), directory assistance charges, long distance and taxes. No activation fee. All equipment remains the property of DCI and must be returned a the end of the term, in good working order, and in the original manufacturer's packaging materials. $65 security deposit. $1.25 monthly e911 service fee charged extra. If the DCI adaptor is not used at the municipal address registered with us, e911 service will not work and 911 will not be able to assist you in case of emergency. DCI Telecom invoices are sent by email each month in PDF format. If you prefer to receive your invoice by regular mail, you will be charged $0.95 each month for shipping and handling.
