Enhanced voice mail offers all of the benefits of standard voice mail and supplies customers with a main menu box and three individual mailboxes. The main box, also known as the "what to do" box, acts as a menu for one-digit access to the other mailboxes. Enhanced voice mail starts at $7.95/month.
Virtual Office
Virtual Office is an enhanced service that offers all of the benefits of enhanced voice mail plus an automated attendant that plays greetings and/or routes callers to 3-digit extensions. Callers can be connected to the person they are trying to reach whether that person is in the office, on the road, or working from home. Virtual Office connects all of your remote employees as if they were working in the next office. Virtual office starts at $12.95/month.
