To Whom It May Concern. This letter serves to inform you that I have never been so pleased with a long distance carrier ever!! I have lots of family all over the world, and I used to be faced with exorbitant phone bills. Calling cards never seemed to cut it for my needs. I was introduced to DCI and was a bit dubious about signing up. I wish I would have done this months ago. Since signing up with DCI, my phone bill is my FAVORITE bill to receive. I look to see how "little" I have spent with so many hours of talking away. I am thinking of changing my cell phone to DCI, once my existing contract is over. Well, I would say that the quality of the sound is very good and also so far I have no problem with any waiting or busy signals. I am DCI customer since 2002. Also whenever there is a genuine request regarding credit or anything, DCI has taken actions immediately with positive responses. My English is not good, so you can correct words and sentences.
