Je suis un retraité de la plus "grande" compagnie de téléphone au Canada et lorsque j'ai adhéré aux services DCI, je ne l'ai jamais regretté pour les raisons suivantes: Taux des interurbains compétitifs et toujours moins dispendieux que tous les autres connues... surtout de la plus "grande". Un service rapide et attentionné mieux que la plus "grande" lors d'un trouble ou demande d'information. Très peu de problème et rappel rapide des techniciens DCI en comparaison de la "grande". Lors d'appels des USA, avec la ligne DCI 800, une réelle aubaine par rapport aux autres et surtout avec la plus "grande". On rencontre l'administrateur DCI rapidement lors d'une demande d'information concernant mes "avantages pécuniers" et essayer d'avoir ce service désintéressé avec la plus "grande"... mission impossible! En tout moment, j'ai senti le respect du client, est-ce possible avec la plus "grande"? Il faut toujours monter les paliers! En un mot, chez DCI, on retrouve le meilleur tarif continuellement avec un service personnalisé, point!
