Please use the following form to find rates for calls placed through any of DCI's local access numbers.
Please note that the rates displayed by this lookup are based upon a minimum monthly usage of $25 before tax. A 5.5% surcharge applies to accounts billing less than $25 monthly as well as to unpaid accounts. A 50% surcharge is applied to the first minute of all overseas calls. Calls to special or premium numbers may cost more.

In Canada and the USA, if there is no access number in your area, either select "Other Cities" if you are calling from a registered land line, or "Travel Card" if you are not calling from a number registered with DCI.
If you are trying to call from overseas and your area is not listed, we are currently unable to provide service in that area.
