Private Label Service
DCI Telecom private label service can be used to start your own long distance business, at minimal cost, or to enhance an existing business by adding additional services, custom branded in your name, to your current product line. Private label service promotes your business name instead of the DCI name and our access number plays your company name instead of the DCI name each time your customer makes a call.
You can add private label international travel card, cellular long distance, and wake-up service to your current offering or start you own virtual long distance business, without having to invest thousands of dollars in switching and billing equipment. Your customer won't know that service is outsourced to DCI and deal with you directly on all issues.
On the 26th of each month we email you a detailed invoice in PDF format and an ASCII data file you can import into your current billing solution. You re-bill your customers and pay DCI. Please note that we require adequate security to open a wholesale account and pre-payments or deposits may be required. The one time set up fee to custom brand the access number is $500 + tax.
DCI long distance is one of the best deals in North America. We can provide long distance service to your customers' home, business, cell phone or travel card, via local access number in most Canadian cities as well as New York City. Our travel card works from any touch tone phone in North America as well as many other countries around the world.
If you do not have your own billing platform but want to promote your business name instead of the DCI name, we can custom brand our invoice to reflect your company's name, print and mail the invoice for you in addition to all points mentioned above. We charge $1.- per invoice for printing, collating, inserting and shipping. Customer service is still provided by you under this scenario and the one time set up fee is $1,500.-
If private label service is not for you, you can sign up as an agent, market DCI services under the DCI name and collect your royalty check every month for as long as the customer remains active with DCI. This works well if you already have an existing customer base and don't want to deal with invoicing, support and collection issues. Your job is to sign up the customers. We take care of the rest. Aside from additional sign-up bonuses, it pays 6% royalty on your pre-tax billings each month.
International Access Number Forwarding
DCI Telecom can provide international carriers and resellers with local or toll-free access numbers in the USA and Canada, and forward inbound calls to any country in the world. This service replaces expensive ITFS numbers and dramatically lowers your North American access cost. Local numbers are not expensive and if your customers need a local presence in the USA or Canada you now have a cost effective tool to provide this service.
International Travel Card Service
The DCI Telecom international travel card service is available at highly attractive wholesale rates to resellers who don't have their own international calling card platform. Service is available from over 80 countries and with private label service your customers won't know that service is outsourced to DCI but deal with you directly on all issues.
Cellular Long Distance
DCI Telecom cellular access service, provides wholesale private label long distance service, to resellers who don't have their own switching platform for cellular long distance. You no longer need to chose between investing thousands of dollars in a switch or not providing the service. Why lose the revenue if you can provide the same service with DCI private label program? It's easy to set-up and aside from a minimal one-time activation fee there are no additional costs involved. You pay for what you use that's it. And your customer will never know that the service was outsourced.
