DCI Telecom uses a fiber optic network of state-of-the-art digital switches, cutting edge software, clustered Novell servers, and highly skilled technical staff to provide quality and dependable service to our customers.
DCI manages its own network across parts of Canada and the USA and has the ability to originate and terminate calls in most major North American markets, including Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Windsor, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Quebec City, Victoria, Halifax, Sherbrooke and New York. Remote access technology enables us to monitor, maintain, and remotely manage the entire network from our network control center in Montreal, Canada.
Our strategic partnerships and agreements with various national and international service providers, allow us to provide low cost, high quality access to more than 220 countries around the world. We use only 100% digital lines which results in superb voice quality, super fast connections and HUGE savings for all our long distance customers.
