DCI Telecom long distance is available both as DIAL IN and DIRECT ACCESS service. It works anywhere in Canada, the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and from 80 overseas countries, from your home, business, and cellular phone, hotels, resorts, pay phones and airports, without making any changes to your line, without switching your existing provider, without disruption of local service, and without any risk or obligation to you whatsoever.
DIAL IN service does not require any changes to your local line. It can be used without switching your existing long distance provider, and without any risk or obligation whatsoever. You don't need to enter any PIN number or pass code and it works from your home, office and cellular phone. There are no monthly fees for this service, no system fees, no network fees and no maintenance fees. You pay for usage, nothing else. To place a call from a registered line, you simply dial the DCI access number in your area followed by the destination or corresponding EASY DIAL number. No PIN code, no pass code and no monthly fees. DIAL IN long distance service is available in Canada via local access numbers in Barrie, Burlington, Calgary, Canmore, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Guelph, Halifax, Hamilton, Hull, Kanata, Kelowna, Kingston, Kitchener, London, Montreal, Oshawa, Ottawa, Peterborough, Prince George, Quebec City, Red Deer, Regina, Saskatoon, Sherbrooke, St. Catharines, St. Johns, Sydney, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Whistler, Windsor, and Winnipeg. If there is no local access number in your area, we provide a subsidized 1-888 number to access our switch.
1+ DIRECT ACCESS service is available anywhere in Canada from residential or business lines that are ON-net to the DCI network and does not require you to dial an access number before each call. DCI simply notifies your local carrier to transfer all direct dialed long distance calls to the DCI Telecom network and you can continue to dial your calls the same way you always do. The transfer process is completely transparent to the end user and you will not notice any difference other than a sudden improvement in call clarity and lower monthly telephone bills because the calls are completed on the DCI Telecom network. DIRECT access is also available to international customers via the internet on DCI broadband service at $16.95 per month. To place a direct access call from your home or business line, you simply pick up the phone and dial the destination number the SAME way you normally would. This option costs $2.95 / month system access fee, billing is in one minute increments (6-second billing optional) and you must sign a DIRECT ACCESS authorization form before we can switch your line over to DCI.
EasyDial is a FREE, complimentary speed dial service for our dial-in customers that works just like the speed dial buttons on your regular phone. You store up to 7 of your favorite numbers in memory locations 1 to 7 for instant access to your most frequently dialed numbers. To make a call with EASY DIAL, you simply call the DCI access number and press any digit from 1 to 7 followed by the # key to speed dial the destination number from memory. It's simple and it's FREE.
