How to Dial

From your home, office, or cell phone

  1. Dial the access number in your city or our toll-free 866 access number.
  2. Wait 1-2 second for the DCI Telecom long distance gateway to answer.
  3. At the DCI dialtone, enter your destination telephone number followed by the pound (#) key and wait 10-15 seconds for the system to connect your call.
  4. To disconnect your call and/or to make another call, press the pound (#) key twice.

Via your DCI Telecom calling card

  1. Dial the access number in your city or the 1-800 Travel Card number.
  2. Wait 1-2 seconds for the DCI Telecom long distance gateway to answer, then enter your calling card number (PIN) and your passcode when prompted.
  3. At the DCI dialtone, enter your destination telephone number followed by the pound (#) key and wait 10-15 seconds for the system to connect your call.
  4. To disconnect your call and/or to make another call, press the pound (#) key twice.
  5. To charge a call to your account from another DCI customer's line, dial the access number, enter "997#" at the dialtone, then enter your PIN and passcode as above. A 25¢ charge will be billed to your account.
