Positions are available at our Montreal facility. You will handle inbound calls at our customer care center, process new orders, perform credit checks, prepare bank deposits, and maintain our customer database. You must be fluently bilingual, have basic computer experience and be University educated.

We are looking for individuals with strong ethnic ties in the community to sell and promote our long distance services as independent sales agents. Because of our national presence in the USA and Canada, you can work from the comfort of your own home and report results via email or fax. Compensation is revenue driven and is paid as a residual percentage of your customers' long distance use. The more customers you sign up and the more they use, the more you earn.
To qualify, we expect from our Agents a minimum of 2 years experience in consumer and commercial sales, preferably telecom-related. All candidates should be highly organized, able to prioritize, and possess an exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and French, as well as outstanding customer service skills are essential.
